Stainless steel cabinet characteristics:

1. Fast installation, reliable, low maintenance and optimized design. Suitable for any part of the enclosure: door, back panel or side panel.
2. These units require little maintenance and are designed to prevent clogging by solid contaminants that may be present in the environment.
3. High efficiency even in harsh environmental conditions.
4. Installation is quick due to the simplicity with which holes can be drilled in the enclosure panels and fixing system.
5. Cabinet air is drawn in from the top, cooled in a cooling unit, and returned to the cabinet at a high flow rate. This ensures optimal cooling throughout the interior of the cabinet and counteracts any thermionic components protected by the cooling unit.
6. Due to the special internal configuration, the external air flow is airtightly separated from the internal and coupled thanks to the special airtight housing adhesive.

 

Application:

1. When choosing the power of the cooling unit, a safety margin of at least 10% must be taken into account, taking into account the adverse conditions under which it must work.
2. Seal the door well to avoid cuts and openings that can cause condensation to form on the device.
3. Mount the cooling unit on a wall or door, as high as possible to get the hottest top air from the top of the cabinet
4. Electronic components need to be placed in the cabinet to facilitate air circulation.
5. Be careful not to allow the installed components to block the air inlet and outlet. All components used for internal ventilation must take into account that the airflow direction does not obstruct the airflow of the cooling unit.
6. If the cabinet door is open, unplug the cooling unit to prevent excessive condensation. Install limit switches and door open safety alarms at this time and insert them into the cabinet door.
7. The preset temperature of the cooling unit is up to 35°C. Note: Do not lower the temperature below 30 degrees, otherwise the equipment will be damaged due to improper use.
