Dongji can assist you in assembling any type of product. We have 11 years of experience in R&D,
production assembly and testing of smart devices. Our engineering R&D team includes electronic engineers,
circuit control engineers, software engineers, test engineers, etc.

Q7). How long should we take for a quotation?
After receiving detailed information (your 2D/3D drawings or samples), we will quote you within 3 days.
| Q1: How can I get a sample to check your Laser Cutting Products quality? |
| A; After price confirmation, we will be happy to process sample to you for check our quality. We will provide you sample for free (value under USD15), as long as you afford the express freight. |
| Q2: How long can I expect to get the Laser Cutting Products sample? |
| A: After the sample order confirmed, we will take 6-10 working days to finished the sample. The samples will be sent to you via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT or EMS. It should arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you don't have any account. |
| Q3: What about the leading time for mass production? ? |
| A: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity. Normally, after the sample confirmed, it will take around16 workdays for mass production. |
| Q4: If we received defective goods, what your solution is? |
| A: We make products strictly according to drawings. If there should be any defective item, we will remake it at first time to ensure customer's use. After that we will study the quality problem to avoid same situation. |
| Q5: What do I need for offering a quote? |
| A: CAD or 3D drawing is preferred with material, dimension, tolerance, surface treatment and other technical requirement. We should also be informed of the quantity, which helps me to quote best price with delivery time. Normally all inquiry will be quoted within 1 workday. |
